We are happy to let you know that most of our Cadenhead shops are able to maintain many of their services with, of course, some sensible precautions and restrictions in place regarding tastings and events. As always, we stay in regular contact with each of our Cadenhead shops so we are able to provide you with the status of each shop as it stands today, Thursday 19th March 2020 to help you fulfil all your Cadenhead needs.

Austria
Vienna – Reduced service and shipping available
Cadenhead’s Vienna is currently closed to walk in customers until at least Friday, 3rd April 2020 when this will be reviewed again.
Email and online orders are still being taken but please be aware shipping will be slower than usual.

Denmark
Odense – Reduced service and shipping available
Cadenhead’s Odense will be open on Friday 20th March & Saturday 21st March with a maximum of 10 people allowed in the shop at any one time.
Shipping is still available for orders made by email or via web shop.
Odense will review their situation again on Monday 23rd March – please follow their online shop for up to date information.

Cadenhead’s London will close to walk in customers from Saturday 21st March at 18:00. Orders will still be taken via the web shop and email for shipping.
The tasting room will be closed until further notice.

Germany
Berlin – Open and shipping available
Our Berlin shop remains open for the time being – this is subject to change – with all appropriate precautions in place. Orders and shipping is still possible – please contact Stefan by e-mail or telephone with your orders and enquiries. Details of all products in-store can be found on the website.

Cologne – Reduced service and shipping available.
Cadenhead’s Cologne will be closed to walk in customers until at least the 10th April, tastings are also on hold until the situation has relaxed.

Italy
Milan – Closed
With a current lockdown in Italy all online services have stopped until further notice.
Scotland
Campbeltown – Open and shipping available
Cadenhead’s Whisky Shop Campbeltown is open for business with the exception of tastings – they are cancelled until further notice.
Telephone and email orders are available with payment via phone or a WorldPay Link with delivery available to most of the UK, Europe, Asia and Australasia – please get in contact for further information.
Please note Campbeltown will also offer FREE UK delivery for all phone/email orders and web shop orders.

Edinburgh – Reduced service and shipping available
Cadenhead’s Edinburgh will close to the public from 17:30 on Friday 20th March 2020. However, the shop will remain running with staff taking email and telephone orders for home delivery (mainland UK) from Monday to Thursday, 10:30-17:30.
Other conditions are as follows ;
– ALL payments must be made by phoning the shop, whilst we were previously willing to hold reservations, we will ask that payment be made upon order.
– Anyone collecting from the shop will have communicated their collection date & time, with no entry allowed to the shop.
