Nose:
Honeycomb, geraniums and salted popcorn. With faint whiffs of blackcurrant jam.
Flavour:
Ginger beer, apple crisps, faint liquorice and then gooseberries and chocolate ice cream.
Finish:
Praline, soft grassy notes and then cloves and lime zest.
