Previously known as Monymusk and, like many rum distilleries, existed as both a distillery and a sugar mill before splitting into separate entities, the modern Clarendon is basically two distilleries with shared infrastructure.

Nose:

Cola cubes, pineapple, cigar humidor

Cherry, bread and butter pudding, heather honey
