Matured in Palo Cortado Casks

Re-racked into Palo Cortado casks in 2023, this bottling from the Speyside distillery features complex notes including, maple bacon, red wine poached pears, pomegranate and cranberry. Fruity and sweet, this dram develops as you sip revealing a slight savoury note.

Glen Elgin-Glenlivet Information

A single malt distillery found in Fogwatt, Moray, Glen Elgin began life in 1898. It has been making single malt whisky since 1977 but has been contributing to blends for much longer.

The clear wort, long fermentation and slow distillation contribute to its fruity character. The spirit is also known to be weighty too, so it's very distinctive.
