Another distillery that mainly produces spirit for blends, Glen Spey can be found in the small Speyside village of Rothes. This 16 year old bottling, matured in fresh Amontillado hogsheads since 2022, displays notes of red wine, orchard fruits, ginger cake, cardamom and orange.
