Nose:
Initially very rummy, lots of vanilla, tropical fruits and quite syrupy.
Flavour:
Grassy with vanilla, rum butter and then green olives, cracked black pepper and soft paprika.
Finish:
Gingerbread, toffee sauce, cloudy lemonade, dry vermouth and heather honey.
