Tasting Notes
Nose:
Whole limes, oily with soft dunnage warehouse notes, pickles and growing citrus notes.
Flavour:
Very fruity, caramelise bananas, chewy with faint medicinal notes with apple puree and honeycomb.
Finish:
Spearmint, olive oil, lime and fennel with hints of peshwarri naan.
