Nose:
New leather, pecan pie, geuze, lime pickle and shortbread.
Flavour:
Thick and oily with milk chocolate, star anise, cloves and orange rind. Butter biscuits, caramel wafers and golden syrup.
Finish:
Caramel, soft and sweet, some dry spice, melted salted butter and cardamon
