Nose:
Custard creams, orange bitters, peaches and whole birdseye chillies. lemongrass and hints of basil.
Flavour:
More custardy notes, with rhubarb and gooseberries with hint of paprika and lemon zest.
Finish:
Soft, lemon sorbet, strawberry yoghurt and dried pineapple.
