Bourbon Hogshead

Housing four distinct types of stills, Loch Lomond has the rare ability to produce eleven unique spirit styles. Fully matured in a bourbon hogshead, this 30 year old single grain bottling from the distillery features notes of shortbread, tropical fruits, butterscotch, cinnamon and aniseed.

Nose:

Butter shortbread, pineapple, tropical fruits, barley sugar.

Flavour:

Coconut milk, rye bread, stewed apples, butterscotch.

Finish:

Bramley apples, cinnamon, aniseed, hazelnut.
