Manzanilla Hogshead since 2022. Lowland Single Malt Scotch Whisky

Founded in 2014, Glasgow Distillery was the city’s first new independent single malt distillery in over 100 years. This 10 year old expression, that was re-racked into a Manzanilla hogshead in 2022, displays notes of gorse bush, salted caramel, blueberries, cola syrup and chilli flakes.

Tasting Notes

Nose:

Chamomile, gorse bush, apricot, sour raspberry

Flavour:

Salted caramel, sweetened butter, brandy snaps, blueberries

Finish:

Cola syrup, aniseed, chilli flakes
