Green apple skins, brown sugar and a hint of rhubarb. Lemongrass and faint spice.
Flavour:
Hints of chocolate, dried fruits and slightly grassy with tart fruits, peaches and pitaschios.
Finish:
Melted white chocolate, apricots and lemon sorbet.
