Nose:
Creamy and toffee like before grassy and oily notes come to the front. Unmistakable Jamaican rum nose.
Flavour:
Some soft red fruits and cream along with cinnamon, star anise and then apple skins, paprika and danish pastries.
Finish:
Long and grassy, with pears, apricots and runny toffee.
