Nose

Sweet, juicy fruits, butterscotch and pink peppercorns. Quite waxy on the nose.

Palate

Chewy, old fashioned sweet shop with fruitier notes coming through – raspberries, blueberries and strawberries with golden syrup.

Finish

More golden syrup, toffee apples, kiwi and then some plantain and lime juice.
