The colour in the glass comes from the wood and the years, not from caramel.
We never chill-filter
Filtering strips out compounds that carry texture and flavour. Ours stay in, which is why a dram can turn hazy with water or ice.
We never dilute it
Cask strength means exactly that: bottled at the strength the cask gave us, for you to take neat or open up with a drop of water.

We Age Our Spirits To Perfection
Every bottling in the Authentic Collection comes from one cask, hand selected by our team in Campbeltown. We taste, we wait, and when the whisky has reached its peak, we bottle it at the strength it left the cask.
Nothing is corrected on the way. No colouring, no chill-filtration, no blending to a house style. What the distillery made and the wood did is what reaches your glass.
