This 12yo Speyside whisky from Aultmore Distillery has been matured in an Oloroso Sherry Hogshead since November 2020. With notes of gingerbread and cinnamon toast on the nose, treacle on the palate, and date & walnut cake on the finish, this whisky has taken on the typical Oloroso cask influence that any sherry cask fans will love.
