Matured in Manzanilla Casks

Auchroisk distillery, pronounced ‘’OH-thrusk’’, officially began production back in 1974. Finished in Manzanilla sherry casks since 2023, this bottling displays sweet and fruity notes of banoffee pie, ripe fruits and demerara sugar. The finish features a savoury note of butter popcorn.
