Tasting Notes
Nose:
Raspberry jam mixed with spiced caramel. Slight earthy notes and then golden syrup and fruit pudding.
Flavour:
Rich, full bodied wine notes initially dominate before the spice and cream of the grain shines through, raspberry milkshake and digestive biscuits
Finish:
Vanilla ice cream with strawberry sauce with a little spice thrown into the mix.
