Tasting Notes
Nose:
Sweet, juicy fruits, butterscotch and pink peppercorns. Quite waxy on the nose.
Flavour:
Chewy, old fashioned sweet shop with fruitier notes coming through - raspberries, blueberries and strawberries with golden syrup.
Finish:
More golden syrup, toffee apples, kiwi and then some plantain and lime juice.
