Nose:
Really creamy and oily, with paraffin smoke, lime pickle and petrol lawnmowers.
Flavour:
Dry smoke gives way to initially sour apples then becomes creamier with gooseberries and liquorice.
Finish:
Oily smoke and fruit - a classic.
