Founded in 2014, Isle of Raasay distillery can be found on the inner Hebridean island of Raasay. Fully matured in ex-Bordeaux red wine casks, this 7 year old whisky is made up from one peated cask and three unpeated casks. Upon tasting, notes of plum jam, leather boots, cured meats, orange and cinnamon toast were identified by our tasting panel.
