Every release in this range is bottled at 46% because that is the strength we think it works best at. Taste is the only thing we take into account.

Bottling at 46% gives the Original Collection a character of its own, alongside the cask strength Authentic Collection.
Ready to pour
At 46% these whiskies are good to drink as they come, though a drop of water is always your call.
LIMITED BATCH releases
A Handful of Casks, Selected for Their Character
Each whisky in the Original Collection is a marriage of no more than a handful of casks at a time, selected to present our own interpretation of the distillery’s character. These bottlings often offer an exciting alternative to styles you may already be familiar with.
The name comes from our own past, too. The original Original Collection holds a proud place in Cadenhead folklore, and this range brings it back.
As with everything we bottle, there is no added colouring and no chill-filtration. The strength is chosen; the rest is left alone.
