How reserving a bottle works, before one you want comes up.
How it works
Reserving, Step by Step
1. We announce the release. Members hear first, by email, with the date it opens.
2. You put your name down. Reserving is not buying. It tells us you want one and holds your place in the queue.
3. We confirm. If there is a bottle for you, we tell you and take payment then. If the release is heavily oversubscribed we run a ballot instead, and entering runs an authorisation check on your card to confirm it is valid rather than charging it.
4. It ships. Once paid it goes out like any other order, tracked, and someone aged 18 or over has to be in to receive it.
Worth knowing
The Small Print
One reservation per member per release unless we say otherwise. Reservations are personal to you and cannot be passed on. If you do not respond when we confirm, the bottle goes to the next person.

Nothing Open Right Now
When a release opens for reservations it will appear under Club Releases, and you will have had an email first.
