Palate

Praline, dark cherry yoghurt, pistachio nuts and lemon drizzle cake.

Some darker fruits try to emerge through the vanilla, cream and caramel notes.

Glenrothes-Glenlivet

A weighty and complex spirit, Glenrothes whisky is produced on its site in Moray. Time and patience are key for the production, with a long distillation process and a decidedly lengthy maturation (which is arguably necessary due to the spirit style and cask types used).

The single malt is known for combining nuts and fruits with a distinctly sweet spiciness.
