Enigma bottling from this undisclosed Highland distillery, this 40 year old whisky has been fully matured in Bourbon hogsheads. A proper old-school whisky, our tasting panel highlighted notes of brandy snaps, grilled pineapple, vanilla ice cream and Serrano ham.
