Glenfarclas Distillery, which translates to valley of the green grass, can be found in the village of Ballindalloch in the Speyside region of Scotland. The tasting panel enjoyed this 21yo dram, with rose petals and tea leaves on the nose, raspberries and peaches on the palate, rounding off with dried mango and walnuts on the finish.
