Glen Grant Distillery was founded when James and John Grant left Aberlour (also featured in this release) to set up their own distillery in Rothes. This particular bottling, matured in a PX sherry cask since the spring of 2021, has notes of rich dark chilli chocolate, blood orange and brandy soaked raisins.

Glen Grant-Glenlivet
Glen Grant-Glenlivet is situated in Rothes and has a storied and celebrated history. It was making a name for itself as a valued brand back when it was not common to do so and built up a huge international following. It's still popular in the wider world to this day, in particular Italy.
These days the spirit is light and often has apple notes. Historically, the spirit has been heavier but the distillery switched from predominantly sherry casks to bourbon as part of a pursuit of a more delicate dram.
