Matured in Bourbon & Fino Casks

50% of this composition has been finished in Fino sherry casks since 2020 and the remaining 50% has been fully matured in Bourbon casks. Sweet and fruity, this Highland dram displays notes of apple blossom, raspberry ripple ice cream, marzipan and salted caramel.

Glen Garioch

Pronounced "Glen Geery" locally, this is one of the oldest distilleries in Scotland, dating all the way back to 1797. Sitting in Oldmeldrum, Aberdeenshire, the exterior demonstrates the historical weight the distillery holds and the buildings are a good example of a centuries-old site. There are small rooms that have clearly been added on and converted into use as production increased but the facilities they hold are modern.

The spirit produced is thick and fruity, with a strong texture and consistent sweetness.
