Burnside, created by William Grant & Sons, is what’s known as a ‘teaspooned’ malt. This 29 year old blended malt, matured in a bourbon hogshead, displays notes of golden syrup, cinder toffee, mango yoghurt, oat biscuits and clotted cream.
