Balmenach spirit is known for being rich in flavour and for working well in an ex-sherry cask, so the tasting panel had high hopes for this bottling… and we are delighted to say it lived up to our expectations (we would not have bottled it otherwise). Matured in a PX sherry cask since September 2020, it is very sweet with a palate that contains notes of orange peel, mulled wine and crystallised ginger.
